RECEPTIONIST & SALES SUPPORT

Are you a people person with a passion for organisation and top-notch customer service? We're on the hunt for our next superstar to take on a key role within our vibrant and supportive team!

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Receptionist/Sales Support based in our beautiful Belgrave office. This role offers the perfect blend of front-of-house responsibilities and hands-on sales administration support, with the potential for growth into Property Management or a Sales Representative role for the right candidate.


Hours: Monday - Thursday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM | office attendance required
Salary: Based on experience


🏑 The Role - What You'll Be Doing:

- Be the face of our agency, managing all front desk duties-welcoming clients, answering calls, managing emails & foot traffic
- Prepare new sales file materials and ensure property documents are uploaded correctly to CRM and portals
- Schedule and manage property marketing materials-boards, brochures, photography, and more
- Coordinate open for inspection (OFI) times for agents
- Manage the administration side of the sales process, from listings to settlement
- Coordinate and manage price changes
- Process listings, marketing campaigns, and sales through our CRM systems
- Manage receipting for sales and marketing funds
- Assist with sales and marketing proposals
- Ensure all sales practices meet legal and compliance standards
- Confidently use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Immaculate presentation with a friendly, professional phone manner
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Highly Desirable: Certificate IV in Real Estate or prior real estate administration experience (but not essential - traineeship available for the right person)
